New customers (now over 200 worldwide), new implementations, innovative product enhancements, awards, speaking engagements and new employees – every area of the company is feeling the excitement from the high-level of interest in NGA.NET solutions.
The growth is certainly evident here in our Washington, DC office, which is focused on talent management solutions for the federal government. In just a short time, we have caused quite a stir here, with deployments in over 25 federal agencies. The federal government has been starved for solutions that offer configurability for agencies as they look to recruit, build and manage their workforce in this challenging time for talent management.
We are excited to fill this void, and we’re working hard to continue to meet the needs of the federal market.
While the growth has been ongoing, we’ve just formally announced the continued expansion of our North American Public Sector team. We have recently added a new Talent Analytics consultant, a new marketing director and a new director of IT infrastructure to support our North American growth and customer requirements.
