How to set up automatic email to candidates:

You can attach the automated emails to Job templates so applicants get notified when their application status has changed or you can add events within the Assessment Process Manager (APM):

Status change:
1) Go to a specific Job or Job template
2) Click on ‘Emails’ menu tab and select ‘candidate’
3) Attach the email template and save the change

Events in APM:
1) Go to a specific Job or Job template
2) Click on ‘Candidate Groups & Assessment’ menu tab and select ‘Edit Assessment Process’
3) Add Email candidate rule and action to a specific step
4) Select the email template and save the change
